Ingrediente
  • 6 cartofi albi
  • 6 catei de usturoi
  • 4 linguri ulei masline negre
  • 150 ml apa
  • sare
Bucatarie cu: Timp de gatit: 20 min. Portii: 2 persoane

Mod de preparare

Cartofii se curata,se spala,se taie cubulete si se pun intr-o oala cu capac. Se adauga apa, uleiul si sarea si se pun la foc potrivit (mic spre mediu). Dupa 5 min se adauga 2 catei de usturoi taiati rondele. Se amesteca pentru a nu se lipi. Cand sunt aproape gata se adauga restul de usturoi si legatura de marar taiata marunt.
